Job Position: Sales Development Representative

Job Description

  1. We are recruiting a German speaking Sales Development Representative to join our Enterprise Development team.
  2. This is a role where salary depends on quarterly achievements with bonuses paid for over achievement. The goal will be to overachieve quarter in, quarter out.

Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Representative you will:

  1. Handle inbound customer inquiries across all channels (email, phone, chat)
  2. Execute various outbound sales & marketing campaigns
  3. Travel to events and conferences worldwide, presenting on booths and driving face-to-face marketing and sales opportunities
  4. Collaborate across multiple teams and with senior stakeholders in order to drive results
  5. Work directly with marketing, collaborating on new campaigns and improving existing ones
  6. Research information about prospective customers using available resources
  7. Maintain a multi-million pound pipeline
  8. Identify prospects and market trends through a combination of outbound techniques
  9. Help define the processes and policies for the team, maintaining current operations whilst reporting/suggesting changes needed
  10. Liaise with new and existing customers, setting up and attending meetings whilst actively account mapping to identify new opportunities
  11. Accurately create, update, maintain and nurture leads an opportunities globally

Job Requirements
The Successful Sales Development Representative will have:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree required, 2:1 minimum from a good university
  2. Fluency in English and in German
  3. Experience in telephone sales or telemarketing preferred, but not required
  4. Passion for technology
  5. Verbal and written communication skills
  6. Result driven with the mentality to always exceed targets
  7. Persistence & perseverance
  8. Customer service
  9. Motivation for sales
