Scalein – Our client is a Professional Security Training firm, they provide specialized security training, security consultancy, and software development within the public, private, and humanitarian sectors internationally.
Job Position: Sales Development Representative (French)
Job Location: Abuja (Remote)
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calling to prospective clients in the Francophone market (E.g. France).
- Utilize provided leads and other resources to identify and qualify for potential opportunities.
- Outbound prospecting via cold calling and email in French.
- Hit assigned Key Performance Metrics that are not limited to at least 16 booked meetings per month.
- Conduct high-level conversations with the various personas in French
- Manage, track, and report on all sales activities and results using CRM tools like Zoho CRM, Salesforce or Hubspot
- Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings set.
Trial Period:
- All candidates will undergo a 1-day trial period to assess their suitability for the role.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in French, both written and verbal, is essential.
- 3 years of relevant experience in high-volume cold calling or outbound sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven experience in software as a service sales, preferably cybersecurity software
- Ability to build extraordinary customer relationships.
- HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Availability to work full-time, with flexibility to accommodate different time zones if required.
