Job Position: Sales Engineer
Job Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Identifying potential customers and developing new business opportunities for our products and services.
Sales Planning:
- Creating sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
CustomerRelationship Management:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
Product Knowledge:
- Developing a deep understanding of our products and services, staying updated with industry trends and advancements, and effectively communicating the value proposition to customers.
Sales Presentations:
- Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations, proposal and demonstrations to our potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products or services.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with customers, and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
Market Analysis:
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends, competition, and customer preferences, and using this information to develop effective sales strategies.
Providing after Salesrrechnical Support:
- Providing technical assistance and support to customers during the pre-sales and post-sales stages, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Job Requirements
- B.Eng / B.Sc / HND in Engineering, or related Degree
- Minimum of 2 years experience (especially in B2B)
- Communication Skills (Verbal & non-verbal, written, active listening)
- Persuasion and Influencing Skills
- Interpersonal Skills/ Presentation Skills
- Customer relationship management skills
- Business Development, sales & after-sales Technical Skills
- Adaptability Skills.
- Problem-solving Skills Has a passion for selling
- A person of reliability. efficiency, safety & innovation attributes
- A results-driven, career-minded individual – with a focus on achieving sales goals and exceeding expectations.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part ofa team.
- Any certification / training on sales is an added advantage
