Job Position: Sales Engineer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities 
Business Development:

  • Identifying potential customers and developing new business opportunities for our products and services.

Sales Planning:

  • Creating sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.

CustomerRelationship Management:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.

Product Knowledge:

  • Developing a deep understanding of our products and services, staying updated with industry trends and advancements, and effectively communicating the value proposition to customers.

Sales Presentations:

  • Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations, proposal and demonstrations to our potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products or services.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with customers, and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets.

Market Analysis:

  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends, competition, and customer preferences, and using this information to develop effective sales strategies.

Providing after Salesrrechnical Support:

  • Providing technical assistance and support to customers during the pre-sales and post-sales stages, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Eng / B.Sc / HND in Engineering, or related Degree
  2. Minimum of 2 years experience (especially in B2B)
  3. Communication Skills (Verbal & non-verbal, written, active listening)
  4. Persuasion and Influencing Skills
  5. Interpersonal Skills/ Presentation Skills
  6. Customer relationship management skills
  7. Business Development, sales & after-sales Technical Skills
  8. Adaptability Skills.
  9. Problem-solving Skills Has a passion for selling
  10. A person of reliability. efficiency, safety & innovation attributes
  11. A results-driven, career-minded individual – with a focus on achieving sales goals and exceeding expectations.
  12. Positive and proactive attitude.
  13. Excellent attention to detail and quality
  14. Ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part ofa team.
  15. Any certification / training on sales is an added advantage
