Job Position: Sales Engineer

Job Description

  1. As a Sales Engineer specializing in building technologies at Fronthill Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and promoting our cutting-edge solutions to clients in the construction and energy management sectors.
  2. Working closely with our sales team, you will leverage your technical expertise to understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and demonstrate the value of our products and services.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with the stakeholders to identify and qualify sales opportunities in the building technology market
  2. Engage with architects, engineers, contractors, and building owners to understand their requirements and challenges
  3. Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
  4. Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, from initial discussions to project implementation
  5. Conduct on-site assessments and evaluations of building systems to recommend optimal technology solutions
  6. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase our products and capabilities
  7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
  8. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
  9. Stay informed about industry trends, standards, and regulations related to building technology

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Systems. Master’s in Business Administration is a plus
  2. Minimum of 3 years solid experience in technical sales or engineering, preferably within the building technology industry
  3. Deep understanding of building systems, HVAC, lighting, Extra low voltages and energy management technologies
  4. Great networking skills
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  8. Willingness to travel to client sites and attend industry events as needed.
