Job Description
- As a Sales Engineer, you will be a crucial link between our organization and our valued clients.
- You will focus on promoting our products, providing technical expertise and solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Your ability to build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets will be paramount to your success in this role.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and give technical presentations to explain to customers how the products and services work.
- Work with the customers and Engineers to ensure the equipment meets the system requirements.
- Communicate with the sales team to understand consumer demands and offer sales support where necessary.
- Secure orders, guarantee product standards and assure product delivery.
- Recommend new and improved products to the
- customers and explain how the equipment will be more cost-effective.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in sales and the technology field
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
- Willingness to continue your sales and engineering education.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
- Presentation skills and ability to convey product value.
