Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  2. Researching prospects and generating leads.
  3. Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
  4. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  5. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  6. Must be knowledgeable about the company’s products and services.
  7. Identify prospective customers to discuss needs.
  8. Establish contact and develop relationship with prospect.
  9. Seek and get superior assistant to close deals as and when necessary.
  10. Collaborate with team members to determine the necessary sales approach
  11. Must be receptive to new ideas.
  12. Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
  13. Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  14. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  15. Participating in sales team meetings.

Job Requirements

  • First Degree in any relevant field.
  • 1+ year of sales experience.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
