Job Position: Sales Executive
Location: Apo, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s real estate products, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

The role requires a proactive and persuasive professional who can identify opportunities, close sales, and provide excellent customer service in a competitive property market.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and social media.
  2. Present, promote, and sell properties to potential clients in line with company objectives.
  3. Conduct market research to identify property trends, competitor activities, and potential buyers.
  4. Schedule and conduct property inspections, tours, and site visits with clients.
  5. Provide accurate and detailed information on available properties, pricing, payment plans, and legal processes.
  6. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  7. Work closely with marketing and operations teams to implement promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
  8. Achieve individual and team sales targets within stipulated timelines.
  9. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
  10. Follow up on leads promptly and manage the end-to-end client engagement process from inquiry to closure.
  11. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing professional, ethical, and responsive service.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  1. Number of new qualified leads generated monthly.
  2. Conversion rate of leads to successful sales.
  3. Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  4. Client satisfaction and retention rate.
  5. Timeliness and accuracy of sales reporting.
  6. Active participation in marketing and promotional events.

Qualifications and Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in real estate sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  3. Female Executives have an added advantage
  4. Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  7. Must be result-driven, confident, and customer-focused.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Salary 
N120,000 – N150,000 per month.
