Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Generating new sales opportunities by approaching walk-ins, cold calling and networking
  2. Contacting prospective customers who have sent enquiries, and converting them to members
  3. Conducting gym tours for prospective members and suggesting suitable membership options
  4. Preparing new membership documentation, explaining terms to customers and arranging payment methods
  5. Establishing relationships with local businesses with the aim of promoting our corporate gym memberships
  6. Delivering consistent levels of new member sign ups to the gym
  7. Organising open day events where members of the public can tour the gym facilities
  8. Preparing regular reports for the sales manager summarising progress against KPIs
  9. Representing Strive Fitness at a range of community and fitness events
  10. Working closely with the marketing and events teams to leverage existing opportunities

Job Requirements

  1. Proven experience in a customer facing role – preferably sales aligned
  2. Experience in an engineering field is an added advantage
  3. Friendly and outgoing personality
  4. Self-starter who can work with little supervision
  5. Goal-oriented with the ability to track and achieve KPIs
  6. Interest in the health and fitness industry
  7. Driver’s licence and access to own transport beneficial.
