Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Location: Okota, Lagos

Job Description

  • Our client is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  2. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  3. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  4. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  5. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  6. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
  7. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  8. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
  9. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitiveactivities, and potential for new products and services.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc / HND in Marketing.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive in an FMCG industry.
  3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  4. Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  5. Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
