Job Position: Sales Executive
Job Location: Anthony, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
Client Job Matching:
- Assess client needs and preferences to identify suitable job opportunities.
- Utilize various job boards to find and apply for relevant positions on behalf of clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their evolving job search requirements.
- Provide clients with regular updates on job application progress and outcomes.
- Ensure a high success rate of job placements by thoroughly understanding job descriptions and client qualifications.
Online Sales and Lead Conversion:
- Manage and convert leads generated from online marketing campaigns into sales.
- Develop and implement strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients via email, phone, and online platforms to understand their staffing needs.
- Present and promote Baaraku Staffing services to potential clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 – 3 years relevant work experience.
