Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Location: Anthony, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
Client Job Matching:

  1. Assess client needs and preferences to identify suitable job opportunities.
  2. Utilize various job boards to find and apply for relevant positions on behalf of clients.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their evolving job search requirements.
  4. Provide clients with regular updates on job application progress and outcomes.
  5. Ensure a high success rate of job placements by thoroughly understanding job descriptions and client qualifications.

Online Sales and Lead Conversion:

  1. Manage and convert leads generated from online marketing campaigns into sales.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  3. Communicate effectively with potential clients via email, phone, and online platforms to understand their staffing needs.
  4. Present and promote Baaraku Staffing services to potential clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.
  5. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 – 3 years relevant work experience.
