Job Position: Female Sales Executive

Job Location: Abijo GRA, Lagos

Job Description

  • Job holder shall be responsible for selling the company’s products by carrying out marketing and networking activities.
  • Overview function shall be key account management, sales & marketing, attending to existing and prospective customer’s inquiries for the establishment of new businesses.

Job Description

  1. Expected to meet established weekly and monthly sales target
  2. Client Key Account Management
  3. New account generation
  4. Client retention management
  5. Carry out market research/ feasibility studies for reporting and market intelligence to foster sales

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc / BA in any relevant field
  • A minimum of 1 year Real Estate Sales experience
  • The candidate must have proven sales experience in the real estate industry.

Skills & Competencies

  1. Ability to sell land/building properties
  2. Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  3. Has good professional work ethics
  4. Good Customer Service etiquettes
  5. Passionate about sales & marketing
  6. Good verbal and written communication skills
  7. Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills
  8. Basic proficiency in the use of MS Office Suites.

Remuneration
N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
