Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Location: Ghana

Job Responsibilities

  1. Analyse, plan, establish and maintain an efficient and productive daily call pattern in assigned territory.
  2. Make regular sales calls to generate orders and create a long-term relationship
  3. Drive brand penetration/sales in outlets
  4. Identified existing businesses and developed new businesses.
  5. Market plans are clearly communicated, and recommendations are made before implementation.
  6. Assist customers with inventory management responsibilities (product availability/new product placement and rotation of stock)

Job Requirements

  1. Should have 3 years and above work experience in a similar role.
  2. Presently working in a similar or related industry (Wine/Beer companies)
  3. Strong analytical skills
  4. Must have excellent verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with customers on the telephone.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  6. Thrive on creating and selling innovative ideas and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  8. Previous or present experience in the Wine/beer industry will be an added advantage.
  9. Should be based in GHANA
  10. Good understanding of the market/consumers in Ghana
