Job Description
- As a Sales Executive at Bakery store, you will play a pivotal role in driving our bakery’s sales and customer satisfaction.
- You will be responsible for promoting and selling our delicious bakery products while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Greet and assist bakery customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Provide product information, recommendations, and tastings to enhance the customer’s experience.
- Answer customer inquiries about ingredients, pricing, and product availability.
Sales and Upselling:
- Actively promote bakery products and specials to customers.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize sales revenue.
- Suggest additional items or upsell products to increase the customer’s purchase.
Order Processing:
- Accurately process customer orders, including custom cake orders and catering requests.
- Ensure order details are recorded correctly and communicated to the bakery team.
Cash Handling:
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and securely.
- Maintain a balanced cash register and follow cash-handling procedures.
Maintaining Presentation:
- Keep the sales area clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor and replenish bakery products on display to ensure availability.
Customer Feedback and Resolution:
- Listen to customer feedback and address any concerns or complaints professionally.
- Report customer feedback to the management team for continuous improvement.
- Retail Distribution
Salary
N70,000 / month.
