Job Description 

  • Sales Manager needed to oversee the day-to-day Sales of properties and manage a team of marketers to meet up with targets.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Enhancing existing revenue streams and developing new ones.
  2. Recruiting, hiring and developing sales representatives.
  3. Setting sales targets for sales teams and sales reps.
  4. Developing and writing up strategic plans.
  5. Leading sales teams.
  6. Developing sales teams.
  7. Turning leads into sales.
  8. Putting together sales pitches.
  9. Continually assess the sales processes to identify improvements and efficiencies.
  10. Keeping an eye on competitors.
  11. Building client relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in sales.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Experience setting sales goals.
