Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Location: Ojuelegba Road, Tejuosho – Lagos

Job Description

  1. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  2. Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
  3. Build customer loyalty by demonstrating empathy, transparency, and consistency.
  4. Process customers’ orders, and requests, and provide shipping information.
  5. Track and document calls and sales.
  6. Improve customer satisfaction by identifying the causes of dissatisfaction and creating improvement.
  7. Provide effective resolutions to customers’ complaints about shipped goods or services.
  8. Enhance productivity by having adequate knowledge about the organization’s services.
  9. Record customer reviews to improve productivity and enhance sales and revenue growth.
  10. Give weekly and monthly reports of job activities and spot improvements for job productivity.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of BSc or its equivalent in related fields.
  2. Minimum of 2 years core in marketing role.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
