Job Description

  1. We are actively seeking a talented and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at an event center.
  2. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall success and growth of our venue.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  2. Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and individuals interested in hosting events at our venue.
  3. Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their event requirements and preferences.
  4. Present the features, amenities, and benefits of our event center, highlighting how it meets the client’s needs.
  5. Prepare detailed and customized event proposals, including pricing, terms, and conditions.
  6. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  7. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build a strong professional network.
  8. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  9. Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  10. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  11. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  12. Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and customer preferences.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND or OND qualification with at least 4 years work experience.
  2. A proven track record in sales.
  3. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  5. Excellent negotiation skill.
