Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Generate high-quality sales leads, follow up after initial contact, secure and renew orders,complete sales process, and arrange deliveries.
  2. Prepare and develop technical presentations to explain our company’s products or services to customers.
  3. Discuss equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
  4. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  5. Research, develop and modify products to meet customers’ technical requirements and needs.
  6. Help customers who have problems with installed products and recommend improved or upgraded materials.
  7. Solicit & log client feedback, evaluate the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
  8. Identify areas for improvement and communicate these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
  9. Set and achieve sales goals and quotas.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences, Administration or a related field with 2 – 6 years relevant work experience.
  2. Experience in sales and the technology field.
  3. Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
  4. The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
  5. Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Good leadership and team working skills.
