Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities and generate leads to expand our customer base.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and understand customer needs and preferences.
  3. Present, promote, and sell our real estate properties and investment opportunities to prospective buyers.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and excellent customer service.
  5. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our properties, including pricing, availability, features, and financing options.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional materials, and campaigns.
  7. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and expand professional networks.
  8. Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to stay informed and maintain a competitive edge.
  9. Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently meeting or surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc, HND or OND in relevant field
  2. Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the real estate or related industry.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  4. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  5. Knowledge of the real estate market, property sales process, and financing options.
  6. Excellent negotiation and closing skills to successfully secure sales deals.
  7. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  8. Self-motivated, driven, and target-oriented with a passion for sales.
  9. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
  10. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
