Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):

  1. Promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services
  2. Source for new Clients and close successful sales transactions
  3. Communicate and meet with prospects and clients interested in properties, to identify their requirements and choice of property, and offer them real estate deals.
  4. Maintain contact with clients to have openings to discuss future business prospects
  5. Management and distribution of marketing materials
  6. Participation in promotional activities and trade shows to market brands and products
  7. Monitoring competitive activities and presenting findings to the Department head
  8. Liaising with Real Estate Agents and other strategic partners
  9. Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning, and awareness
  10. Assisting with the formulation of effective marketing and advertising campaigns to engage the interest of the prospective sales target market.
  11. Evaluating marketing campaigns and trends to assist with strategic decisions on product positioning.
  12. Conduct quality sales presentations with a high level of customer service

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing.
  2. Minimum of 2 years’ extensive sales and marketing experience in the real estate industry.
  3. Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
