Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Location: Ilorin, Kwara

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying, prospecting, and closing deals with new and existing clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and market trends to effectively communicate the value of the company’s products to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring swift resolution to maintain positive relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors and customer needs, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including activity logs, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, client needs, and potential areas for product or service improvement.
  • Work closely with the Area/Cluster Sales Manager and the sales team to align on strategies, share best practices, and meet organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment on client needs and market demand.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND with 2 – 4 years experience.

Salary
N100,000 – N200,000 monthly.
