Job Position: Sales Executive
Job Location: Wuse, Abuja (FCT)
Job Responsibilities
- Devising highly efficient real estate marketing strategies and using all marketing tools to promote the brand and achieve sales target.
- Overseeing the progress of our advertisement campaigns and sales activities.
- Maintaining healthy customer relationship with new and existing customers
- Researching to identify new potential customers and leads.
- Performing marketing research to identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth-areas, trends, customers, partnership, products and services.
- Meet monthly sales target as required by the management.
- Promote and market properties through various channels including Social media, online portals and print media.
- Coordinate the closing of deals with clients which include site-inspection, ensuring all terms and condition are met by clients and monitoring vital documents exchange and payment.
- Periodically partcipate in seminars and events to improve on job knowledge and expand network.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of work experience.
Salary
N70,000 Monthly.
