Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Location: Apapa, Lagos

Job Description

  • The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling the company’s products/services.
  • The role requires building strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and achieving set sales targets within the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth:
    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
    • Conduct cold calls, prospect for leads, and nurture sales pipelines.
    • Convert prospects into new customers and grow existing accounts.
  • Client Management:
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Conduct regular service reviews to address client needs and expectations.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
    • Share insights to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services.
    • Deliver product presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Reporting:
    • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of monthly sales targets.
  • Minimum of 6 – 8 sales calls per day.
  • Acquisition of at least 3-4 new clients per month.
  • Timely submission of sales and pipeline reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
