Job Position: Sales Executive
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

We are seeking proactive and results-driven Sales Representatives to promote and sell our range of real estate offerings (houses and land) to new and existing clients.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Promote and sell properties to both new and existing customers
  2. Build and maintain strong client relationships
  3. Identify sales leads and convert them into successful deals
  4. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
  5. Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
  6. Represent the brand professionally at all times
  7. Occasionally travel to client sites and property locations

Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a minimum of a University Degree with 2-3 years of experience.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  3. Ability to drive (a valid driver’s license is an added advantage)
  4. Good dress sense and professional appearance
  5. Hardworking, loyal, and result-oriented
  6. Self-driven and highly motivated
  7. Reside near the office (Lekki axis preferred)
  8. Prior experience in real estate sales is an added advantage.
  9. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Salary
N100,000 / Month.
