Job Position: Sales Executive
Location: Gudu, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

A Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by finding new clients, maintaining relationships with existing ones, and meeting sales targets. They achieve this by identifying leads, presenting solutions, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels like cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their needs and foster long-term partnerships.
  3. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Presenting products or services to clients, demonstrating their features and benefits, and addressing any questions or concerns.
  4. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to finalise sales and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  5. Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently working towards achieving monthly or annual sales quotas and contributing to the overall sales goals of the company.
  6. Market Research and Analysis: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  7. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Tracking sales activities, generating performance reports, and analysing data to identify areas for improvement.
  8. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working closely with marketing, customer support, and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective sales processes.
  9. Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively communicate their value to clients.

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  2. Experience in Real Estate (preferred).
  3. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Essential for building rapport with clients, presenting effectively, and negotiating deals.
  4. Sales Acumen and Negotiation Skills: Ability to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and close deals successfully.
  5. Results-Oriented Mindset: Driven to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  6. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address client concerns, resolve issues, and find solutions that meet their needs.
  7. Product Knowledge: Understanding of the company’s products or services and ability to articulate their value to potential clients.
  8. Organisation and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise leads, and meet deadlines.
  9. CRM Proficiency: Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads, manage accounts, and analyse sales data.
