Job Position: Sales Executive
Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in solar panels, inverters, UPS, and batteries.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships within the renewable energy and power backup sector.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for solar energy systems, inverters, UPS, and batteries.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve individual and company sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, industrial, and individual clients.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Deliver effective product presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to close profitable deals.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide customised energy solutions to clients.
- Follow up on leads, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain after-sales relationships.
- Maintain accurate sales records, prepare Daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proven work experience (3–5 years) as a Sales Executive/Business Development Executive in solar, inverter, UPS, or battery industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of renewable energy and power backup solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 per month.
