Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach to generate new sales opportunities.
  2. Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive and compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products/services and their benefits.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  4. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals that are mutually beneficial.
  5. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt and refine sales strategies.
  7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track progress, and provide regular reports to management.
  8. Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to improve our products/services and overall customer experience.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  2. Proven Sales Experience: A track record of successful sales in a similar role, most preferably in ICT.
  3. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the value of our products/services.
  4. Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiation techniques to close deals effectively.
  5. Customer-Centric Approach: A focus on providing exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships.
  6. Results-Driven: A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  7. Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and sales strategies.
  8. Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve company goals.
  9. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with sales CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
