Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Location: Mainland, Lagos

Job Description

  • This position will play a critical role in nurturing prospects, positioning products and establishing a positive brand impression.
  • Prefer candidate with 3+ years of Sales /Account Executive experience.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Proven experience in generating new sales leads, successful negotiation and closing skills, and fostering customer relationships.
  2. Ability to prospect and close new sales leads through solution-selling to customers.
  3. Contact current client base with specific products and services to meet their needs.
  4. Identify prospective customers by using business directories, CRM software, referrals, participating in networking events and attending trade shows and conferences.
  5. Complete online sales training to obtain Avaya solution-selling certifications.
  6. Emphasize product features based on analysis of customer’s needs, and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
  7. Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
  8. Prepare sales presentations; demonstrate and explain the operation and use of products.
  9. Visit establishments to evaluate needs and to promote products and services.
  10. Initiate sales campaigns and follow marketing plan guidelines in order to meet or exceed sales goals.
  11. Continual education on new and existing products and services.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree holder or higher.
  2. Previous experience in selling Call centre & Telephony Solutions
  3. Must have over 3 years of Sales Experience.
  4. Knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles and methods for promoting, demonstrating and selling products and services- including but not limited to: prospecting, negotiating, and closing techniques, marketing strategies and product presentations.
  5. Knowledge of customer and personal service principles- including but not limited to: customer needs assessment, meeting quality standard for services,evaluation of customer satisfaction, building rapport, and maintaining customer relationships.
  6. Time management and efficiency skills.
  7. Judgment and decision-making skills.
  8. Proficiency in English
  9. Excellent Knowledge of MS Office.
  10. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  11. Problem-solving skills- identify, evaluate and implement solutions to complex problems.
  12. Technical knowledge in the area of Telephony and Call Center solutions.

Salary
N150,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
