Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Work as a member of the Sales / Marketing team to achieve business and market growth targets for the organization.
  2. Meet target of 3.5 Million Monthly.
  3. Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sales and profitability of HMO Plans or services.
  4. Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, working with agents, advertisers to market company products
  5. Participate actively in economic or commercial surveys to identify potential markets for plans and or services.
  6. Through customer engagement/feedback, generate idea concepts for new products/niche markets
  7. Generate reports to update management on the activities of the unit and proffer advice for business generation and overall marketing and people resourcing strategy.
  8. Carry out any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
  9. Provide weekly call plan
  10. Submit daily and weekly report

Job Requirements

  1. A Degree in Social Sciences / Business or any related field
  2. At least 3 years cognate experience
  3. HMO marketing experience is a must
  4. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
