Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for a talented, task driven and self motivated Sales Executive to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, proficient in English language, excellent communication skills, proper phone communication ethics and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Follow up on leads to generate sales
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business
  • Identify customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs.
  • Manage and track sales activities and progress using CRM software
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify new sales opportunities
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
  • Provide reports on daily activities
  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets

Job Requirements

  • Applicants must have obtained a minimum of an OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in Marketing and/or related discipline.
  • Proven sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment
  • Experience with selling SAAS and cloud-based platforms
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales / Retail / Business Development jobs.
