Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking for a talented, task driven and self motivated Sales Executive to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, proficient in English language, excellent communication skills, proper phone communication ethics and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads to generate sales
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business
- Identify customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs.
- Manage and track sales activities and progress using CRM software
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify new sales opportunities
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
- Provide reports on daily activities
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets
Job Requirements
- Applicants must have obtained a minimum of an OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in Marketing and/or related discipline.
- Proven sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment
- Experience with selling SAAS and cloud-based platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Sales / Retail / Business Development jobs.
