Job Description

  • Seeking a female talented, experienced, very passionate, task driven and self motivated sales Executive with at least 3 years experience to join our team.
  • This is a full-time on-site role as a Female Executive Sales Representative located in Lagos.
  • The Executive Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including building and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities
To be responsible for:

  • Following up on leads to generate close up sales with each of them
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business
  • Identify customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs.
  • Manage and track sales activities and progress using CRM software
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify new sales opportunities
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
  • Provide reports on daily, weekly and monthly activities
  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, proficient in English language, excellent communication skills, proper phone communication ethics and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

  • Must be done with NYSC and either a BSc or HND degree holder who can think very fast on her toes and a possess excelent communication skill.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated sales experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Salary
N90,000 – N100,000 / month.
