Job Description

1. We are looking to employ a sales-driven and customer-oriented sales executive to oversee our sales and determine the most effective solutions to increase company sales.
2. The Sales Executive responsibilities include recommending improvements to current sales strategies, informing potential and existing customers of company products.
3. You should also be able to continually identify new sales opportunities through customer referrals.
4. To be persuasive and have a strong work ethic and demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills at all times.

Job Responsibilities

1. Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
2. Visit different locations to inform the public about company’s product
3. Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
4. Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints
5. Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
6. Answering customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
7. Marketing exercise to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND/BSC in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• 2-3years Proven sales experience.
• Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Salary
N80,000 / Month.
