Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Description

  1. As a Sales Executive for our Milano property company,you will play a pivotal role in promoting and facilitating the rental, sale, and investment services provided by our organization.
  2. Your primary focus will be on driving sales and rental of houses, handling land transactions, and promoting investment services to potential clients.
  3. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities
Sales of Houses:

  1. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential home buyers.
  2. Showcase available houses to prospective clients, emphasizing features and benefits.
  3. Provide detailed information on property specifications, pricing, and financing options.
  4. Negotiate and close sales transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Purchase & Sales of Land:

  1. Engage with landowners and potential buyers to facilitate land transactions.
  2. Conduct market research to determine the value of land and advise clients accordingly.
  3. Coordinate and oversee the legal aspects of land transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to market and promote available land for sale.

Investment Services:

  1. Educate clients on investment opportunities within the real estate market.
  2. Analyze market trends and provide insights to clients for informed investment decisions.
  3. Develop and present investment proposals tailored to clients’ financial goals.
  4. Assist clients in completing investment transactions and provide ongoing support.

Customer Relationship Management:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  2. Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  3. Keep clients informed about market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials.
  2. Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and market insights.
  3. Attend regular team meetings and contribute to the overall growth strategy.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in real estate sales, with a focus on houses, land, and investment properties.
  3. Strong understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
