Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Location: Asaba, Delta

Job Description

  1. As a Sales Executive in our nylon manufacturing company, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and promoting our range of nylon products.
  2. You are expected to develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets,drive growth and success of our nylon manufacturing company by effectively promoting our products and expanding our customer base.

Job Responsibilities
Market Analysis:

  1. Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  2. Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor sales strategies accordingly.

Business Development:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry influencers.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

Customer Relationship Management:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and foster customer loyalty.
  2. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.

Sales Presentations and Negotiation:

  1. Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  2. Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to secure profitable agreements.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

  1. Prepare regular sales reports detailing performance metrics, forecasts, and achievements.
  2. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate revenue forecasting.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the nylon or polymer industry.
  3. Good understanding of nylon manufacturing processes and products.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
