Job Requirements

  1. Qualification: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / OND qualification with 1 – 2 years work experience.
  2. Industry Knowledge: An in-depth understanding of the real estate market, including local trends, property values, and legal regulations.
  3. Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  4. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  5. Negotiation Skills: The ability to negotiate effectively to close deals, often involving substantial sums of money.
  6. Customer Service: A commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining client relationships.
  7. Networking: The capacity to build and maintain a network of contacts within the real estate industry and related sectors.
  8. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with real estate software and tools for listings, customer management, and market analysis.
  9. Organization: Exceptional organizational skills to manage leads, appointments, and paperwork efficiently.
  10. Adaptability: The flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
