Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Locations: Gwagwalada – Abuja, Ikoyi – Lagos & Ibadan – Oyo

Job Description

  1. To develop and drive SYNLAB sales strategy
  2. To increase market share
  3. To ensure increase sales to drive business profitability.

Job Responsibilities

  1. To increase revenue for the company and achieve patient number target
  2. To manage existing clients within assigned territory
  3. To ensure adherence to business plan by retaining and increasing client number
  4. To aggressively sell the company’s services and ensure increased business/patronage from clients (existing and new) within assigned territory
  5. To ensure retention of clients within assigned territory
  6. To attend to routine and non-routine client requests in accordance with SOP’s
  7. To maintain customers SLA and ensure client satisfaction / resolve all client related issues
  8. To ensure laboratory consumables are readily available at hospitals – requisition forms, sample collection bottles and sample collection bags
  9. To distribute brand collateral to clients; this includes leaflets, fliers, corporate gift items
  10. To coordinate and participate in brand building efforts and community engagements (presentations, Health Screening) as required
  11. To implement and monitor loyalty programs for Clients
  12. To conduct monthly customer survey
  13. To generate daily/weekly/quarterly review and report on sales activities
  14. To develop implement and maintain a strategic database for clients.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Science related discipline.
  • Professional certification will be an added advantage.
  • 2 – 5 years’ cognate experience
  • Solid knowledge of sales management
  • Must have experience creating sales plans from scratch.
  • Capability to work as part of a group and on own plan.
  • Good communication and project management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen.
