Job Position: Sales Executive (5 Openings)
Locations: Abuja (FCT), Edo, Lagos, Oyo, & Rivers

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales growth within the assigned territory, expanding the customer base, managing key accounts, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Job  Responsibilities 

  1. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and business development skills.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Proficiency in market analysis and customer relationship management.
  4. Strong customer relationship management knowledge.
  5. Strong analytical skills and presentation skills.
  6. Good leadership and conflict management skills.
  7. Good time management skills.
  8. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and product demonstrations.
  9. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  11. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Minimum of B.Sc. / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
  2. 5–7 years’ sales experience in B2B, particularly in the food industry, cold chain industry, FMCG/agribusiness, with a proven record of target achievement.
  3. Certification in sales-related training and Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

Benefits

  1. Salary: N300,000 – N350,000 per month.
