Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Location: Lekki Phase 2, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Present, promote and sell products/services using factual statements to both existing and prospective customers
  2. Perform costbenefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  3. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  4. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  5. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  6. Achieve agreed on sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
  7. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  8. Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
  9. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential of new products and services.
  10. Be abreast of best practices and promotion trends
  11. Continuously improve sales through feedback

Job Requirements

  • BSc / BA Degree or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Proven work experience as a retail marketer
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiar with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Experience in a bank or training organization will be most preferred.
