Location: Utako, Abuja
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Join the sales team in promoting and selling residential and commercial properties.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to create effective sales materials and presentations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in real estate.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Abuja’s real estate market and trends.
