Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Location: Ringroad – Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description

  1. As a Sales Executive at The Dexterity Group, you will play a pivotal role in our business development efforts.
  2. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, effectively communicate the value of our services, and secure appointments for our Sales Team.
  3. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to close deals successfully.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services, qualify leads, and secure appointments for our Sales Team.
  2. Utilize provided data and insights to target potential clients effectively and ensure efficient and targeted engagement.
  3. Engage with clients in a professional and persuasive manner, clearly articulating the value proposition of our offerings.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  5. Adapt to flexible working hours, including shifts that may extend into the evening, to accommodate clients in different time zones.
  6. Maintain accurate records of all interactions, appointments, sales, and client information using our CRM system.
  7. Meet and exceed sales and appointment-setting targets. A commission structure is in place based on targets met.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degrees with 2 – 6 years of relevant work experience.
  2. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or similar roles is preferred.
  3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, to reach clients in different time zones.
  5. Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed targets.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
