Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed the company’s revenue targets.
  2. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including schools, corporations, and individuals seeking to enhance their public speaking skills.
  3. Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our training programs to prospective clients.
  4. Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth.
  6. Provide feedback from clients to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  7. Prepare reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasted revenues.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the education, training, or service industry.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  7. Familiarity with CRM platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Passionate about personal development and public speaking.
