Job Position: Sales Executive – Real Estate
Job Location: Omole Phase 1, Lagos
Job Description
- Identify and engage prospective clients to promote Alliance Real Estate’s property offerings, understanding client requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and regular follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to understand real estate trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Use findings to develop insights that support sales strategies and adapt approaches based on changing market conditions.
- Drive sales of residential and commercial properties to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present detailed sales proposals to potential buyers, highlighting property benefits and investment potential.
- Coordinate and conduct property viewings and tours for prospective clients, showcasing property features and addressing client inquiries.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to help clients make informed purchase decisions.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate new leads and strengthen brand visibility.
- Establish connections with potential investors, agents, and other industry professionals to expand the client base.
- Work closely with marketing and property development teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
