Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and expanding our market share.
- With a focus on cassava exportation and FMCG, this role offers a unique opportunity to work with a globally recognized Import/Export company.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within an Import/Export company.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets with a verifiable track record.
- Experience in FMCG sales is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cassava exportation is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of international trade practices and regulations.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
