Job Description

  • We are recruiting for the position of Sales Executive – Phone Retail to lead their mobile device sales team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the sales of mobile devices, preferably in a competitive retail environment.
  • This role will involve managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring that sales targets are consistently met.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales of mobile phones and accessories with the sales team to meet targets.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for mobile phones and accessories.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Ensure good customer service by helping staff improve their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure optimal product availability.
  • Track sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide reports to improve team performance.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities and product launches.

Job Requirements

  • BSc / HND in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management, specifically in the phone retail industry.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of mobile phone products, features, and industry trends.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales performance metrics.
