Job Description
- We are recruiting for the position of Sales Executive – Phone Retail to lead their mobile device sales team.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the sales of mobile devices, preferably in a competitive retail environment.
- This role will involve managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring that sales targets are consistently met.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales of mobile phones and accessories with the sales team to meet targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for mobile phones and accessories.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Ensure good customer service by helping staff improve their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure optimal product availability.
- Track sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide reports to improve team performance.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities and product launches.
Job Requirements
- BSc / HND in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management, specifically in the phone retail industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of mobile phone products, features, and industry trends.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales performance metrics.
