Job Position: Sales Executive
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
- This is a full-time position.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies
- Meet sales targets and goals on a regular basis
- Manage the entire sales cycle from start to finish, from generating leads to closing deals with corporate and multi-national enterprises, to meet annual revenue targets.
- Qualify and convert inbound sales opportunities, working closely with technical product specialists to close deals.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through creative outbound prospecting.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at all levels, to understand their needs and how Wasigo can help them achieve their goals.
- Deliver effective product demonstrations that showcase the value of Wasigo products and services.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, helping them to make informed decisions about their onboarding, payroll & finance software needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and operational teams both within and outside Wasigo, to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, cultivating relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant role in software, financial and/or technology sectors with a track record of top performance.
- Experience delivering product demonstrations to create value
- Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products.
- Strong presentation skills, particularly for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Proven track record of quick learning and exceeding set goals
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- A University Degree is not required 😉
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
