Job Position: Sales Executive
Job Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Follow through on set targets set for generating risk assets thereby creating revenues for the Organization.
- Solicit/develop and maintain profitable long-term account relationship with customers.
- Ensure prompt repayment on outstanding and due obligations.
- Attend trainings, meetings and sales team performance review sessions for the department on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Prompt processing of loan facilities.
- Effective collection of all Past Due Obligations (PDOs).
- Prompt processing of liquidation of facilities and rollovers.
- Effective Relationship Management
- Monthly achievement of P & L budgets
- Monthly achievement of Balance sheet
- Solicit/develop and maintain profitable long-term account relationship with customers.
- Implement plans for growing client base.
- Identify new business opportunities and high value relationships for conversion to the Organization’s customer base.
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Appraise risk assets and monitor their disbursement.
- Ensure efficient service and maintenance of relationship with customers.
- Ensure loan loss is in line with recommendations to Risk & Recovery
- Ensure Departmental operating cost is within approved budget.
- Maintain strong interdepartmental relationships with relevant units and follow up on transaction processing to ensure customer instructions are attended to promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain adequate records of all transactions in the unit.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of First Degree in any discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications and/or a second degree are added advantages.
- Minimum of 2 years cognate work experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Sound judgement
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in a customer facing role – preferably sales aligned
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Self-starter who can work with little supervision
- Goal-oriented with the ability to track and achieve KPIs.
