Job Position: Sales Executive (Entry Level)
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Connecting with Clients – Reach out to potential buyers and guide them in exploring property options.
  2. Building Relationships – Create trust with clients and provide excellent customer service.
  3. Supporting Property Sales – Assist in presenting properties, arranging site visits, and following up with prospects.
  4. Learning the Market – Understand the Lagos property market and share insights with clients.
  5. Growing in Sales – Work towards achievable targets with full support and coaching.

Qualifications

  1. A recent graduate with a maximum of 1 year post-NYSC experience (sales, customer service, or related fields preferred)
  2. Great communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Interest in developing a career in sales and real estate
  4. Confidence, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn
  5. Willingness to attend property inspections and client meetings (some may be on weekends).
