Job Summary

Getsimfy is seeking a results-driven FX Sales Executive with a strong background in Treasury or Corporate Banking to drive foreign exchange sales, manage institutional and corporate client relationships, and support revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in FX products, client advisory, and deal execution within a banking or financial services environment.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Drive FX sales by originating, negotiating, and closing foreign exchange transactions for corporate and institutional clients.
  2. Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring consistent revenue generation and client satisfaction.
  3. Provide FX advisory services, including market insights, pricing guidance, and risk management solutions.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams (Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Operations) to ensure seamless trade execution and settlement.
  5. Monitor FX market trends and proactively identify opportunities for clients.
  6. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and AML/KYC standards.
  7. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
  8. Support client onboarding and maintain strong post-transaction relationships.

Requirements & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 3 – 5 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Banking, or FX Sales within a bank or financial institution.
  3. Strong understanding of FX products, pricing, and market dynamics.
  4. Proven experience managing corporate or institutional clients.
  5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in FX transactions.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
