Job Position: Sales Executive and Lead Generation Specialist

Job Location: Nigeria

Job Responsibilities

  1. Conduct lead generation, prospecting and qualifying potential new clients
  2. Research companies to create strategic communication plans
  3. Proactively schedule calls with perspective clients via phone and email
  4. Interact with other sales, marketing, and project delivery staff to collaboratively determine customer needs
  5. Respond to requests from customers as needed in courteous and professional manner
  6. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  7. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  8. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND with at least 3 years experience.
  2. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  3. Proficiency in English
  4. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace and Slack
  5. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  6. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  7. Fast learner and passion for sales
  8. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  9. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
