Job Position: Sales Lead
Location: Lagos

Job Overview

The Sales Lead will spearhead business acquisition and client relationship management in the financial services sector, including banking, insurance, fintech, and capital markets. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, a network within FS, and a deep understanding of industry-specific technology needs.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Drive sales strategies and lead generation efforts within the financial services sector.
  2. Build and manage relationships with CXOs and decision-makers in FS organisations.
  3. Understand client pain points and propose suitable solutions (e.g., core banking, digital channels, data analytics, RegTech).
  4. Lead proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  5. Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  6. Track industry trends and competitor activities.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  2. 6+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a focus on financial services.
  3. Strong understanding of digital transformation in FS (e.g., open banking, digital payments, risk & compliance tech).
  4. Demonstrated ability to close large deals and manage strategic accounts.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary
N500,000 – N750,000 monthly.
